Lifetime Apparel Repairs Policy
- The repairs applies to the following:
- Button replacement
- Redoing hems
- Splits in seams
- Faulty Zips
If you do need a repair, you should schedule an appointment and then bring the garment to our A t e l i e r in Kingston, Jamaica within our normal working hours or ship the garment to us at your cost for 2 way to also reshipped the repaired garment to you.
Please make sure that the garment is properly clean before you hand it over to us and that you notify us of any more visible damage that has occurred which doesn't come under any of the above listed faults.
The terms of this promise applies strictly to non sale items.
This is our way of encouraging our consumers to shop wisely and reassure them that in the event of any non-intentional damage that happens to the garment they can rest assured that our team of skilled artisans will repair it to its original state.
Items with a purchase date over 12 months will attraction an additional charge.
If your item can be repaired, we will get in touch with a quotation for the applicable work. Once we have your approval the work will begin. If you do not wish to proceed or we are unable to complete your request, we will be happy to return your item.
If your repair is covered by our guarantee, we will go ahead and complete the necessary work.
